If you have any conditions you would like a recommendation for please contact me and I will findout which products you can consider.

Please note these recommendations are not you to take instead of any prescription that the doctor has given you, they are to help and work inconjunction with any other medication.

Abrasions - Aloe gelly

Abscess - Propolis creme, gelly

Absorption - Taking the Gel will of course improve the absorption of nutrients

Acne - Gelly, propolis creme, MSM gel (excellent results), Fields of Green, A-Beta-CarE, Alpha-E factor, Bee Propolis, taking the Aloe Vera Gel drink interally will also help the whole body, including the skin of course

Acne Rosacea - Gel, bee propolis tablets, gelly, propolis crème, liquid soap usually caused by a deficiency in vitamin B, which can be found n all our Bee products and our supplement B12 Plus. You could suggest the Gel 60-120ml per day, apply the Gelly topically to help soothe, heal and reduce scarring and moisturising lotion or propolis cream for its emollient properties, as this condition can tend to be very dry and sore.

ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) - Arctic Sea

After-sun - Aloe lotion (which is ~50% aloe vera gel and good moisturiser/after-sun lotion)

Ageing - Lycium, A-Beta-CarE, sunscreen

Allergic rhinitis - See ‘hay fever’

Allergies - Bee Pollen, Vitamin C (recommend high doses of vitamin C (ie. our Absorbent C) at the immediate onset of an infection.

Allergies in horses (from David Urch): The most beneficial products for allergies are the Pollen and Aloe Vera Gel. The pollen contains natural antihistamines and, due to persorption, also presensitises the immune system. A horse would require 10 daily, always give a test dose first of 1/4 tablet. Aloe Vera Gel will help through its immunomodualting and antiinflammatory properties. A 500kg horse needs 250mls daily to start then

decreasing to 120mls. I like to start horses on these products as early on in the year as possible.

Alzheimer’s disease - Royal jelly, Arctic Sea, Gingko, exercise decreases the risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s. Pomesteen and gel drinks are very powerful antioxidants,Drinking fruit (particularly dark skinned fruits, so Pomesteen is excellent) and vegetable juices frequently may significantly cut the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease (according to research found on the BBC website, summer 2006)

Angina - Arctic Sea

Animals Arthritis - In case of arthritis where new bone formation around the joint is minimal and the main damage is to the articular cartilage, Freedom alone will normally control the condition. However if the joint degeneration is more advanced, then these animals often require both drugs and Freedom. It is important to remember that Freedom may take several weeks before its benefits will be apparent

Animals Eyes - It is important particularly with eye problems that the owner consults their own veterinary surgeon and has the condition confirmedand treated appropriately. If the vet agrees then either diluted Aloe Activator or Veterinary Formula can be used as described on page 76 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera Natures Gift

Animals Laminitis - It is very important to enlist the help of the pony’s veterinary surgeon and farrier. With correct management our products can help. To help prevent the reoccurrence of this problem, ponies need to be kept on 60 to 120mls per day depending on how susceptible they are. Strict control of the diet and regular exercise are essential. If the pony has an acute attack then the vet and farrier should be called immediately and the pony given 200mls Aloe Vera Gel by mouth daily. This level should be maintained until symptoms improve when it can be reduced to 120mls. When recovered the pony should be kept on 60mls daily.Together with correct management and assistance from a vet and farrier Aloe Vera can help control this problem in 80% of cases. This result will not be achieved with aloe Vera alone.

Animals Mastitis the management of mastitis is a subject that is covered in some detail on page 172 to 175 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera

Natures Gift. The main products used to help nontoxic types of mastitis are the oral Aloe Vera Gel and a mixture of Aloe Veterinary Formula and

Gelly. The latter two are mixed together in a sterile container in the ratio of 20mls Vet Formula to 10mls Gelly. After stripping out the milk from the infected quarter 10 to 20mls of this mixture is infused up the teat canal using a sterile syringe and cannula. This is repeated twice daily until the

milk returns to normal.Natural products such as Aloe Vera should only be used alone in cases of nontoxic mastitis. If toxaemia or systemic

involvement is suspected by the farmer, then the normal veterinary drugs will have to be used as well.

Animals Mud fever (horses) - Aloe Propolis cream works very well on Mud Fever; also add std Aloe Vera gel drink to their feed. When the symptoms have resolved, the animal should be kept on a maintenance dose of Aloe Vera gel drink that is roughly ¼ of the treatment amount about 60mls) but we cannot guarantee this would stop recurrence of mud fever.

Animals Myxamitosis (rabbits) - For an average sized rabbit, give 4ml of gel drink either using syringe or with food, plus one crushed propolis

tablet and use aloe activator sponged onto affected areas

Animals OCD - Most cases of OCD require surgery as the final solution. However the Freedom would be an excellent product to give to help

repair damaged cartilage and possibly make surgery unnecessary. The owners should keep their veterinary surgeon informed of any complementary

products being given and take advice on diet and exercise

Animals pigeons - The treatment amount of Gel daily would be 4mls while a general tonic would be 1ml daily

Animals Ringworm - You can see from page 59 of David Urch’s book Aloe Vera Natures Gift that applying the Aloe veterinary Formula and the Gelly works well. This needs to be done at least twice daily and more often if possible. If there are a lot of lesions then I would also add Aloe Vera Gel to the diet at 120mls daily until the hair starts to grow again

Animals Sarcoids - Sarcoids are difficult to treat because they have a habit of coming back when removed. Veterinary surgeons have a selection of treatments for these tumours ranging from cryosurgery, BCG to very strong topical pastes. Some respond to giving the horse oral Aloe Vera Gel and the frequent topical application of Aloe Veterinary Formula, Gelly and Propolis Creme

Animals Spondylitis - The Forever Freedom would certainly be the most beneficial products for cases of spondylitis. The usual dose is one ml

per pound body weight for a dog and in severe cases this level can be increased. When the condition is under control it is sometimes possible to reduce this dose gradually. Many cases require occasional veterinary drugs when the symptoms are particularly severe. The owner should take

advice directly from their own vet on what and when these should be used

Animals Sweet Itch - Sweet Itch is an allergic dermatitis set off by biting midges. You can see a detailed explanation of this disease on pages 45-46 of David Urch’s book Natures Gift. The dermatitis is easily controlled with our products; the problem is preventing the midges from attacking thehorse/pony and the selfmutilation inflicted by the patient.We have found that dilute MPD and Aloe Heat Lotion can help in preventing the insect attacking the animal particularly if combined with the other management suggestions described in David’s book

Ankylosing Spondylitis - Dr Atherton advises us that with the condition Ankylosing Spondylitis (a form of arthritis), the main problem is inflammation and eventually causing bony union. Therefore one wants to reduce the symptoms by giving the maximum amount of Aloe Vera, which is found

in the ordinary gel (code 15) not Forever Freedom. The MSM gel is also helpful and can be applied separately topically. He also suggests adding

the A-Beta-CarE for the selenium content, together with Arctic Sea. It can appear in both men and women, although is most common in men.

Ants - MPD kills ants ‘kindly’ without use of chemicals

Arthritis Osteoarthritis (general wear ‘n’ tear arthritis) Peter Atherton suggests Forever Freedom (since both Glucosamine and Chondroitin help). For Rheumatoid arthritis he suggests Aloe Vera Gel (although cranberries are recommended for RA, so Berry Nectar may be better). You can also use Arctic sea (reduces need for hip/knee joint replacements) and heat lotion for both types, and MSM gel also. If client is on Warfarin and so does not want to take Freedom, then suggest std gel drink + Active HA supplement instead.

Aspberger’s syndrome - Aloe Vera gel drink and Arctic Sea

Asthma - Standard gel drink or preferably Berry Nectar, also Arctic Sea as an antiinflammatory together with Gingko as a smooth muscle relaxant

(an excellent bronchodilator). Bee propolis may also help in preventing and eliminating any lung infection, which is common with asthma. Can also use heat lotion rubbed on chest and back to calm effects of asthma

Athlete’s foot - Gelly or propolis crème (personal choice), Garlic & Thyme

Autism - Arctic Sea

Babies - Can take gel drinks from about 18 months of age (although you can bathe babies in it for skin conditions see under ‘eczema’), but it is suggested for supplements children should be over 4 years old. Propolis cream is ideal for babies (particularly for

nappy rash, when used daily), as is the liquid soap (and other topical products). It is not recommened to give Aloe Vera Gel to infants because they have an immature gut and are prone to colic. The Gel may exacerbate this, as it increases the transit time of the bowel contents.For babies who wake in the night…Also, try massaging aloe heat lotion into baby’s feet (only – as too strong a smell for youngsters)

Back pain - Standard gel drink (anti-inflammatory, painkiller), heat lotion and MSM gel

Bad breath - Aloe Vera Gel, Forever Bright Toothgel

Bleeding gums - Aloe Vera gelly on them twice a day

Blocked sinuses - Heat Lotion (sparingly!)

Blood pressure - Omega 3 (Arctic Sea), Aloe Vera Gel (regulates blood pressure)

Bones - Nature-Min is the supplement to help to heal broken bones.

Breast tenderness - The usual proprietary product to suggest is Evening Primrose Oil (EPO)take 2 twice daily to keep the pain at bay. However, FLP’s A-BetaCarE and Maca supplements both may be worth trying too (although they are NOT an equivalent to EPO, they may also help)

Bronchitis - Bee propolis and/or garlic and thyme capsules, heat lotion, gingko (excellent bronchodilator when congested (esp. if person can’t

easily breathe/feels a lack of oxygen)), A-Beta-CarE, gel drink, aloe activator (2 drops in each nasal passage)

Bunions and corns - Gelly

Burns & Bites - Gelly, Echinacea

Bursitis - Bee pollen, Aloe Vera Gel or Freedom, A-BetaCarE, Absorbent C also try MSM Gel topically

Cancer - Anybody with cancer needs to boost their immune system so any or all of the following products may be appropriate: Gel (balances immune system), A-Beta-CarE (contains selenium, reduces incidents of prostate cancer), Lycium (Chemotherapy & Radiotherapy), Bee Pollen, Absorbent C, B12 PlusAlso, Gingko is possible treatment for cancer of the mouth (published in the BMA – extract inhibits spreading of cancer and actually kills off cancer cells)

Candida - Aloe Vera gel drink, aloe lips (if causing sore lips), aloe gelly topically

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Dr. Atherton has advised that regrettably, none of our products is known to help with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. However, one could perhaps apply Heat Lotion or MSM Gel for the pain.

Cartilage damage - Freedom, MSM gel

Catarrh - Gel (BN)

Cellulite - Applying gelly to skin should reduce cellulite (aloe vera lowers blood sugar levels and reduces fat in blood). Also, ‘feed’ the skin – take Aloe Vera gel (Freedom is best, since it contains Glucosamine), A-BetaCarE, Arctic Sea and use propolis cream. Garcinea will assist in reducing new Cellulite, The Body Toning Kit is a great way to help reduce also. Good foods to eat include eggs, soya products, oranges and tomatoes

Chemotherapy - Take 120ml Aloe Vera gel drink + Bee Pollen + Pomesteen (antioxidant to fight the free radicals), also try lycium (to help with nausea and it’s a powerful antioxidant and general tonic) and A-BetaCarE, Absorbent C, B12+ (anti-stress) and gelly (on wounds for healing)

Chickenpox - First apply Aloe First (soothes pain and reduces inflammation, cooling), then gelly, then propolis cream. Try sieving 150ml gel drink and put into bath water (good for eczema and measles too). For spots/blisters IN the throat, use teaspoons of Aloe Vera gelly regularly to relieve soreness (may take 2 days to clear completely)

Cholesterol - Omega 3 (Arctic Sea), garlic & thyme (reduces cholesterol), Fields of Green

Circulation - Ginkgo Plus, Lycium, Arctic Sea (Omega 3 fish oils) helps promote circulatory health, Gin Chia

Coeliac (wheat & gluten intolerant) - All gel drinks are suitable for coeliac sufferers (a malabsorption syndrome), as they improve the absorption of food and do not contain gluten. Need to take between 60-120mls daily (Also, try taking soya milk instead of cows’ milk). Absorbent C and Gin Chia are the two products to avoid; the rest of the range is gluten free.

Cold sores - Aloe lips, aloe vera gelly, aloe propolis crème – use Aloe First to clean area

Colds - Bee propolis, garlic & thyme capsules, Vit C (Absorbent C), Gin Chia, Echinacea

Colitis - May improve with Aloe Vera Gel drink but would probably have to take at least 120mls per day. Some people need even more than this but we have no other products that would help directly

Conception (or lack of!) - For couples trying to conceive: women should take Royal Jelly to help conception (works brilliantly!). Men should also eat lots of green veg (to increase their vitamin B). Also women should increase their vit B and folic acid – take B12+ three months prior to trying to conceive (and throughout pregnancy). Also, A-Beta-CarE (for younger men) and Pro 6 (men 40+) for their selenium content. See also under ‘pregnancy’

Congestion - Drop small amount of aloe heat lotion into bowl of hot water, cover your head with towel and inhale – helps shift congestion!

Conjunctivitis - Unfortunately, none of our products will help this condition…although you can TRY Aloe Vera gelly and/or bathing eyes in aloe activator/water (50:50)

Constipation - Gel drink, bee propolis (natural antibiotic, kills bacteria), bee pollen (to replace lost vits and minerals), garlic & thyme, Absorbent C

Coughs - Use Garlic & thyme capsules and/or bee propolis tablets. Top tip: mix a small amount of Aloe Vera Gelly with a drop of tepid water and gargle with it  – within 10 minutes the cough should stop. Or gargle with 50:50 aloe activator/water

Cradle cap - Customer testimonial: “This is a dry skin condition that most babies seem to get in varying degrees. Ordinarily one has to use quite a severe ‘tar’ shampoo to combat it, but I have found that massaging my son’s hair in the aloe liquid soap and leaving it in place for a minute has been highly effective. It takes a few bath sessions to take effect but if you tackle it early enough, which we have, one can effectively control the condition until the child ‘outgrows’ it”. Also, can try combination of propolis cream with the liquid soap

Cramp - Heat lotion

Crohn’s Disease - Gel drink (start with ~30ml per day, slowly increasing weekly to ~120ml/day and increased amounts at the first sign of a flare-up), A-Beta-CarE, Bee Propolis, Bee Pollen, Arctic Sea

Cystitis also see interstitial cystitis - Berry nectar (cranberries, vit C), Echinacea (boosts immunity), probiotic (prevents cystitis by promoting healthy bacteria)

Dairy - All products are suitable for non-dairy diets (as well as wheat and gluten intolerances – see coeliac above)

Dandruff - Aloe Jojoba Shampoo, Arctic Sea

Depression - Gin Chia, Arctic Sea (fish oils help recovery from depressive illness), Royal Jelly, Bee Pollen

Diabetes - Gel will possibly reduce the amount of insulin reqd., Fields of Green, Glucosamine is OK for diabetes sufferers (eg. Freedom).Note – blood sugar level must be re-checked regularly: Aloe Vera Gel may lower blood sugar and therefore the sufferer should be aware of this and should check their blood or urine sugars carefully after starting the Gel or after altering the amount taken as they may require less anti-diabetic conventional medication such as insulin. Aloe vera is BRILLIANT for diabetics…our GP on our advisory boards also advises: “Although Aloe Vera does not specifically act in these cases (ie. that’s not its primary purpose), it is often found that in both people and animals there do seem to be beneficial effects. In practice I have found that if 60-80 mls Aloe Vera Gel is added to their diet daily for at least 6 weeks, many have shown a more consistent blood glucose level and in up to 20% of cases, the insulin doses required have been reduced. It is important to remember that one must never interfere with any drug prescribed by your GP.”

Having a high level of vitamin C in your blood, consistent with that achieved by supplementation (try our Absorbent C) and eating a high fruit and vegetable diet, reduces your risk of diabetes by 62%

Diarrhoea - Bee propolis (natural antibiotic, kills bacteria), bee pollen (to replace lost vits and minerals), garlic, Absorbent C, Probiotic

Digestion - Aloe Vera Gel drink, Probiotic

Diverticulitis - Aloe Vera Gel

Dizziness - Lycium

Drugs - Our products will combine happily with virtually all conventional medication except for 3 categories that need vigilance, although they are not a contraindication:

1.Anti-Diabetic drugs (for diabetes)

2.Hypertensive drugs (for high blood pressure)

1.3.    Anti-coagulant drugs (e.g. warfarin and aspirin)

People on powerful immunosuppressive medication such as transplant patients can take Aloe Vera Gel as the immunomodulatory effect would never be strong enough to counter the effects of the regular extremely powerful medication, but this should be a decision made by the person’s own renal physician.

Dry skin - Moisturising lotion, propolis cream, Arctic sea – if very dry hands or feet, for example, with cuts, use gelly (to heal cuts) at night and lotion/cream (to moisturise) at day. Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair

PRODUCT TESTIMONIAL (from Julia) –I suffered really badly with dry skin and Clare introduced me to the propolis cream and the Arctic sea and my skin is now really nice and not dry anymore. I’m so happy with this and will never go back to anything I used before!

Duodenal Ulcer - Gel drink, Propolis tablets

DVT - Gingko thins the blood, so good to take for long-haul flights to avoid DVT

Dyslexia and dysphraxia - Arctic Sea (food for the brain, increases calmer behaviour), Gingko

Ear ache - Try couple of drops of aloe activator into ear twice daily (or more, if necessary). Also, take bee propolis tablets if it’s an ear infection – but also best to get it checked by your GP in case there’s an infection that needs treating conventionally. Can also put some Aloe Vera gelly into the ear

EB (Epidermolysis Bullosa) or ‘butterfly skin’ EB is a genetic condition where the skin doesn’t stick to the body properly. At worst, this condition is fatal in infancy, with excessive internal blistering. For those with the type of EB that Jonny had, blisters develop on the body at the slightest friction – or even spontaneously. These need to be lanced regularly and the wounds carefully bandaged. This is a painful ordeal, often only eased with morphine. Scar tissue caused by continual blistering means that fingers and toes fuse together, as well as causing the oesophagus to narrow, making the eating of solids difficult.FLP products have successfully been used at Gt Ormond Street Hospital for those suffering from EB – gel drink, gelly, propolis cream

Eczema - Aloe First, Gelly (for wet eczema), propolis crème (for dry eczema), gel drink, liquid soap, Arctic sea(helps with skin).Additional info – try sieving 150ml gel drink and put into bath water (good for chickenpox and measles too), use liquid soap, bath gelée, shampoo + put activator onto skin prior to use of gelly and moisturising lotion (this doesn’t contain lanolin) or aloe lotion, also, MSM gel is v good. Use MPD instead of washing powder (which will irritate skin). Try Alpha-E Factor oil on stubborn patches of eczema. Remember that SOME people go through a ‘healing crisis’ occasionally when using the combination of gel drink and propolis cream – this is the body saying ‘it’s working’! by pushing out all the rubbish through the skin; this may happen during the first few days but will then stop and start to heal – PLEASE go through that healing crisis and then you’ll enjoy the benefits (this does NOT happen to everyone; most people start getting some benefit immediately)1 in 3 children under the age of 3 ½ and 1 in 12 adults suffer from eczema. Arctic sea, B12 (zinc deficiency)

Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair

Endometriosis - Aloe Vera has a specific healing effect on all forms of epithelial tissue as it reduces the inflammation – suggest taking 120mls of Gel drink a day (to reduce inflamed scar tissue), and allow up to four months to gain benefit. Also, Gin Chia & Arctic Sea

Energy (see fatigue)

Epilepsy - Regrettably we do not have any products that would specifically help an epileptic sufferer; we can only help the general nutritional status with the aloe vera Gel. However, the Gingko Plus also helps with memory loss (a common complaint with adult epilepsy sufferers)

Eyes - A-Beta-CarE – important for elimination of dryness of eyes (nothing will help poor eyes due to old age though!). Use Aloe Activator – mix 50:50 with purified water as an eye wash (eg. for sties and conjunctivitis). Lycium plus. Forever Vision. Tip: Soak two wads of cotton wool in Aloe First and place over eyelids when lying down or ready for sleep. It is unbelievably soothing and stops the eyes from itching. For dry eyes lid, use gelly

Facial regime - There are no hard and fast rules with our products. They are all gentle and natural and can be used at any time, but a typical regime may be as follows: AM: Exfoliating Cleanser (use Aloe Liquid Soap & water if you prefer), Rehydrating Toner, Forever Alluring Eyes – applied lightly to underneath eyes, R3 Factor Cream, Firming Foundation Lotion, Sonya make up application. PM: Exfoliating Cleanser (or Aloe Liquid Soap & water), Sonya Eye Makeup Remover (if wearing eye make up), Rehydrating Toner, Forever Alluring Eyes, Forever Alpha-E Factor and Recovering Night Cream. Each regime takes five minutes at the most, morning and evening – I hope it works for you!1. Exfoliating Cleanser – remove with damp cotton wool.

2. Rehydrating Toner – Apply on damp cotton wool.

3. Aloe Scrub – A pea sized amount on damp skin. Avoid eye area and remove with damp cotton wool.

4. Face Mask Powder and Aloe Activator. One teaspoon of each. Apply to face and neck. Avoid eye area. Leave for 10-30 minutes – remove with fairly warm water and mask sponges (once or twice a week).

5. Alluring Eyes.

6. Alpha-E Factor. Three to four drops is more than enough for face and neck

7. R3 Factor

8. Firming Foundation or Recovering Night Crème.

9. PLEASE NOTE DO NOT USE THE SCRUB AND THE R3 AT THE SAME TIME AS THEY ARE BOTH EXFOLIATORS AND WOULD BE TOO HARSH. As the scrub tube suggests using the product daily, this is OK for the body but for the face it would be too harsh. I would suggest one to three times weekly on the face for normal, twice for dry, three times for oily skin and blocked pores.

Fatigue - Aloe Vera Gel drink, Bee Pollen, royal jelly, Gingko, Gin Chia, Maca (Coenzyme Q10 in Maca increases stamina and energy)

Fibromyalgia - Standard gel drink, Arctic Sea, heat lotion and/or MSM Gel are recommended on affected areas. The appropriate Bee product would be Bee Pollen for energy, but it is important to have a test dose. See testimonial at end of this document

Fibrositis - Aloe Vera Gel drink

Flu, colds - Garlic, Gel, Bee propolis, lyceum, Echinacea

Frozen Shoulder - Aloe heat lotion

Gardening! - Expert gardeners use aloe-soaked bandages to wrap around broken branches to mend them!! Use aloe liquid soap to clean dirty gardening hands!

Gingivitis - Aloe Vera gelly on them twice a day instead!

Glandular fever - Gel drink, bee propolis tablets, Echinacea and bee pollen (and A-Beta-CarE)

Good health Gel drink, bee pollen (FLP’s multi-vitamin & multi-mineral tablet), A-Beta-CarE (partic. For men) & Arctic Sea

Gout - Form of arthritis, mainly in men (esp. big toes!). General suggestions: drink lots of water, if overweight need to try to lose weight, stop all consumption of red wine, beef, beer and fat, eliminate refined carbs (eg. white flour and sugar), eat plenty of strawberries, cherries and cranberries. Try Berry Nectar (take 2 fluid ounces prior to meals, 3 times daily), A-BetaCarE (1 capsule before two meals daily) and rub heat lotion or MSM gel on affected areas. Can also try Arctic Sea (anti-inflammatory). Fields of Green & Celery.Although the Gel will not cure gout, it has been used effectively to reduce inflammation and Dr Atherton also recommends the MSM Gel where appropriate.

Growing pains - Heat lotion

Haemorrhoids - Gel drink, Gelly, aloe lips

Hair loss - The Saw Palmetto in Maca helps with hair loss in men and women

Hangover! - Take one bee propolis tablet with water (before sleeping), Aloe Vera Gel

Hay fever (also known as allergic rhinitis) Bee pollen (start in Nov – increase dosage during ‘season’), Gin Chia. Also, you can put some aloe lips on a finger and then up/around your nostril area!! Tip: Soak two wads of cotton wool in Aloe First and place over eyelids when lying down or ready for sleep. It is unbelievably soothing and stops the eyes from itching. Put some Aloe Vera Gelly in each nostril to line the nose and coat the tiny hairs (or use aloe lips). Also, try using aloe activator in an atomiser or tiny medicine bottle (with pipette) and spray into nose (useful to keep in handbag, pocket, etc) If you suffer with Hay Fever, rubbing some Aloe Lips around the edge of each nostril “traps” the pollen before it hits the nasal passages. It acts in the same way as Vaseline, but smells a whole lot better! Be aware that Bee Pollen has a cleansing action so in some cases it may be necessary to reduce the amount taken to avoid too much cleansing! If this is the case, then consider the size/stature of person taking it and reduce intake accordingly

Head lice (Nits) - Aloe Jojoba Shampoo & conditioner – if head lice are present, shampoo the hair twice, but leave in the second time overnight; in the morning rinse thoroughly, comb through (with nit comb) and apply conditioner, leave for 3-5 minutes (or longer if possible) then rinse again. This should be enough to eradicate them; if not, repeat. Continue to use both our shampoo and conditioner regularly to prevent head lice. An Alternative suggestion is to use the conditioner with the nit comb on wet hair to take out as many nits as possible firstly, then use the gelly (massage well into the hair) and leave in hair overnight, then use the shampoo and conditioner the following morning as normal.

Healthy skin - Aloe Vera Gel drink, gelly

HRT see also ‘menopause’ - Royal jelly, Nature Min, Gel drink, bee pollen, A-Beta-CarE, Gin Chia, Lycium, Fields of Green – there is not ONE supplement that will replace HRT, it depends on what the individual needs, eg. gel drink, bee pollen and A-Beta-CarE will help with hot flushes (regulates temp.), zinc, B vits and provide energy. Some ladies have ‘survived’ on simply taking Gin-Chia. Also, taking Maca tablets daily (a natural hormone replacement) with an aloe vera gel drink alleviates hot flushes and provides lots of energy – so this may be the best combination of products. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) Std Aloe Vera Gel, probably takes up to 3 months to be REALLY effective (start by taking a small amount, slowly building up to 120ml daily). The symptoms of IBS include diarrhoea, constipation, abdominal pain, bloating and wind. Many sufferers also claim they lack energy and have problems sleeping. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what causes IBS. Some people notice they develop problems after a bout of food poisoning or gastroenteritis. Stress and diet can also make IBS symptoms worse. Up to a third of people experience IBS symptoms from time to time, with slightly more women affected than men. How do you treat it? Keep a record of any foods you suspect may trigger problems – wheat, dairy, onions, nuts and caffeine are common culprits – then cut them out. Take our standard Aloe Vera Gel drink daily!

Kidney stones - Berry Nectar might make a difference with kidney stones.  We can’t get rid of the stones but it can be very cleansing and should help to heal any damage caused by the stones passing through the tubes, as well as taking down any inflammation.  Obviously, your customer should be drinking plenty of water, too.
