Symptoms and Recommendations

On this page you will find recommendations for the products I sell for various different conditions. Please note that these are recommendations through my network from the knowledge that has been gained of products that have helped people in the past. Please note this is not a difinative list and I will continue to add to it. If you have any conditions you would like a recommendation for please contact me and I will findout which products you can consider.

Please note that these recommendations are not for you to take instead of any prescription that the doctor has given you, they are to help and work inconjunction with any other medication.

Nappy rash - Aloe Propolis Creme

Nephritis - Inflammation of the kidney (can be caused by presence of toxins on the body – therefore take gel drink, particularly Berry Nectar). Also, take Bee Propolis and/or Garlic & Thyme, Absorbent C, A-BetaCarE. Drink loads of water (preferably)

Nettle rash - Gelly – cools, soothes and takes away ‘sting’ VERY effectively!

Nits – see head lice

Osteoporosis - One of our Aloe Vera gel drinks (to help retain/absorb calcium – preferably Forever Freedom), Calcium supplement (which includes Vit D, to help absorption of calcium) and Nature-min (for essential minerals)

Parkinson’s disease - There are no products to help directly. However, indirectly they will benefit from the Aloe Vera Gel drinks nutritionally

PCOS (Polycystic Ovaries) Aloe Vera Gel drink, plus supplements Arctic Sea (for top quality Omega 3 fish oils – supporting fertility), A-BetaCarE (for vit A, Beta-Carotene, vit E, and Selenium – very good indeed, known to help with fertility and hormone regulation) and either Bee Pollen or Royal Jelly(for the vitamins, particularly zinc and Vit B complex). If acne is a problem (a common complaint with PCOS), use the gelly for best results. Having said all this, one lady with PCOS takes just the Aloe Vera gel drink, Royal Jelly and Garcinia with amazing results

Peritendonitis - Aloe Vera Gel, together with Arctic Sea and applying MSM topically

PMT - Royal Jelly (helps w mood swings), bee pollen, gel drink (this alone often really helps with PMT, dramatically!), Arctic Sea (for mood swings, depression), Maca helps to reduce heavy periods and alleviate period pains (but not for young girls, adults only), also use heat lotion across low back

Polymyalgia Rheumatica - Aloe Vera Gel at 120ml/day (60ml before breakfast and 60ml before dinner) +Arctic Sea (for joints and anti-inflammatory) + aloe heat lotion

Polymyositis - Aloe Vera Gel together with the Arctic Sea

Poor circulation - Ginkgo

Pregnancy - Taking a gel drink does no harm, but as your body is already going through major changes, it really is up to the individual. Do not use heat lotion on stomach, OK to use elsewhere though. For those trying to conceive, take Royal Jelly to help conception (works brilliantly!). Try taking Fields of Green for morning sickness, too.Supplement Benefits – The need for extra nutrients before, during and after pregnancy to help support the health of the foetus and mother is becoming increasingly important due to the reduced nutrient content of our modern diet. It has long been recognised that a deficiency in Folic Acid can increase the likelihood of developing a congenital disorder. Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids from fish are vital for the formation of the new tissues particularly the development of the brain, nervous system and retina with research showing enhanced effects in IQ and learning, so we certainly recommend our Arctic Sea.You can take any or all of the following supplements during pregnancy, Arctic Sea Super Omega 3 fish oils, Absorbent C, B12 Plus, Nature Min and Forever Active Probiotic.

The only products we would not suggest giving to a pregnant lady is the Gin Chia, Echinacea, Forever Lean, Garcinia and the Ginkgo.

Other supplements such as Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, B12 Plus,Absorbent-C and Arctic-Sea Omega-3 will help to provide the body with a rich source of vitamins and minerals that are essential during and after pregnancy.Aloe Vera Gelly rubbed into the skin can help with problem skin, veins, piles and avoid stretch marks (or try aloe lotion).

Prostate - A-Beta-CarE helps promote healthy prostate and thus reduces incidence of prostate cancer, Maca is also good for prostate problems (or rather to promote a healthy prostate). Pro 6 should be taken by all men over 40 years old to help them protect their prostate

Psoriasis - Aloe Vera Gel (up to 120 ml daily), A-Beta-CarE (3 capsules daily, one before each meal), Arctic Sea (3 capsules daily, one before each meal) – A-Beta-CarE and Arctic Sea help as they are both very moisturising from the inside – Royal Jelly(take these for 3 months) and use propolis crème (which some people mix with Aloe Activator if it’s difficult to spread –although this is not its designated use, this product is very pure and has a high aloe content, which is generally beneficial for psoriasis) and/or Aloe Vera Gelly topically – ie. treat from the inside out. See also under eczema for day-to-day skincare (bath gelée, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, MPD). Do NOT use high-street bath foams or soaps.Tip: If you have scalp psoriasis or eczema that gets sore and itchy, soak your scalp in the veterinary spray before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning with the shampoo; it’s fantastic, it dries up any sore bits and really moisturises your hair

Rashes - Gelly, propolis cream

Raynaud’s disease (poor circulation) - New Forever HA supplement – also helps to lubricate and cushion our joints and muscles (and so goes well with our Freedom gel drink). Mary Ash took this and within 2 months, she had much better circulation in her hands and feet. Also, it may be worth trying Gingko, which can encourage the blood supply to the extremities.

Razor Burn - Gelly, Gentleman’s Pride

Respiratory problems - Heat lotion, Berry Nectar

Restless leg syndrome - This can be caused by a deficiency in folic acid – so try taking Aloe Vera gel drink for its anti-inflammatory properties plus Forever B12+ and also heat lotion or MSM gel topically if necessary

Rhinitis - Aloe Vera Gel also, could use aloe activator mixed with water (50:50) as a nasal spray. Bee pollen

Sarcoidosis (Inflammation that produces tiny lumps of cells in various organs in your body) - take one of the Aloe Vera gel drinks (min 120ml/day)

Scalds - Gelly

Scalp problems - Aloe Jojoba shampoo and conditioner regularly…also, use the vet spray (!) and massage into affected areas (leave in). Using the Aloe Vera gelly will also have excellent results (but may leave hair feeling too sticky…OK if you use overnight, leave in and then plan to wash your hair next day!)

Sciatica Trapped nerve - heat lotion may help with the pain, plus gel drink for nutritional value only (and anti-inflammatory properties)

Scleroderma - Combination of the Gel drink, Arctic Sea and Ginkgo Plus, with any of the topical moisturisers

Seborrhoea - Aloe Jojoba Shampoo

Shaving - Aloe liquid soap makes an ideal substitute for shaving foam/gel – “it penetrates the skin better, and gives a closer cut. It also feels better whilst shaving”. Also try bath gelée as a ‘superior’ shaving gel. Or indeed Alpha E-factor can also be used to shave with (just use a tiny amount on each cheek) and aloe lotion good to use after shaving to soothe skin

Shingles - Bee propolis, Echinacea, aloe first spray (soothes pain and reduces inflammation, cooling), gelly

Sinusitis - Gel (try Berry Nectar), heat lotion (used sparingly!), Arctic Sea. Absorbent C. Activator diluted 50:50 with sterile water and then inhaled 1-3 times a day. If area affected is sore (eg. around nose), then first use aloe lips on area before applying heat lotion (to avoid stinging). It is recommended to take high doses of vitamin C at the immediate onset of an infection.  It is profoundly anti-viral and anti-bacterial at bowel tolerance levels (the level below that which causes loose bowels), usually around 1 gram an hour during an infection. It also anti-inflammatory and immediately calms down allergic reactions, which are a common contributor to chronic sinus problems.

Skeletal stenosis - Dr Peter Atherton says “I am sorry but we have nothing that will specifically help this condition”, however Forever Freedom may give some joint pain relief and reduce inflammation

Sleep problems - If you struggle with poor sleep – waking in the night, etc – then Royal Jelly is BRILLIANT, especially good for menopausal women (place one tablet under the tongue for best results). Also, the Aloe Vera Gel drink works very effectively to help with poor sleep patterns. For babies who wake in the night. Use Aloe Lotion with a couple of drops of pure Lavender essential oil, for a lovely after-bath and pre-bedtime relaxing massage for baby, works a treat! Beautifully soft skin and sleeping through the night, bliss!!Also, try massaging aloe heat lotion into baby’s feet (only – as too strong a smell for youngsters)

Sore throat - Aloe activator (gargle), swallow gelly slowly, gargle then swallow the Aloe Vera Gel drink

Sport - heat lotion to warm muscles BEFORE playing sport, as well as afterwards on aching muscles

Sprained ankle - MSM gel – massage in twice daily

Stamina - Gin Chia, gel, Bee Pollen

Sticky eye - Aloe Vera Gel drink (very young child (12 months old) took ½ fl oz daily and it cleared his sticky eye in couple of days)

Stress - Royal Jelly, Aloe Vera Gel, Bee pollen, Gin Chia

Stretch marks - Moisturising/aloe lotion prevents stretch marks – use when pregnant. Also, both gelly and Alpha-E factor reduce stretch marks and also help to prevent them

Stroke - Dr Peter Atherton advises to take at least 100ml standard Aloe Vera gel drink and A-Beta-CarE and Bee Pollen. Additionally, if suffering form high cholesterol, take Arctic Sea and Garlic/thyme

Sty - Aloe Gelly on a cotton bud and wiped it as close to your eye. Very quickly the irritation should calm.

Sunburn - Spray Aloe First onto affected areas, then use gelly if necessary. Can also mix sunscreen with aloe first as a spray to make it easier to apply as a sun protector

Teething or toothache - Gelly, Toothgel, you can gargle with the Aloe Vera gel drink too

Tendonitis - Aloe Vera Gel (or berry nectar), Arctic Sea and MSM gel topically

Tennis elbow - Forever Freedom (or even std Aloe Vera gel or Berry Nectar), heat lotion, MSM gel – for Judith Dobson it took just 3 weeks to clear using Forever Freedom. Another client takes 2 Arctic Sea, 2 Forever Active HA and drinks 240ml Aloe Vera gel drink and within a week the pain had gone!

Thrush - Berry nectar, gelly, bee propolis tablets, Toothgel, Probiotic, Garlic & Thyme, Gin Chia

Thyroid - We do not have any products that would specifically help an under- or over-active thyroid problem. The only condition affecting this organ, which is a disorder of the immune system, is called Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and may be helped (for nutritional value and immune balancing) by the immunomodulatory action of the polysaccharide in Aloe Vera Gel. However, can also try Gin Chia, Bee Pollen, A-Beta-CarE, NatureMin

Tingling sensation in legs - Arctic Sea

Tinnitus - Gingko plus (tinnitus has been linked to circulatory probs), Lycium, B12

Tonsillitis - Aloe Vera Gel drink, gelly (swallow slowly)

Ulcers - Gelly, Aloe Vera Gel, toothgel (for mouth ulcers)

Underactive thyroid - Nothing specifically, only nutritionally via the gel drinks – see thyroid above

Urticaria (hives) - Aloe Vera Gel drink (Berry Nectar) and Gelly and/or Propolis Cream – often an allergy (hence Berry Nectar recommended), may last for hours, days or weeks

Varicose veins - Phlebitis Lycium, A-Beta-CarE

Verrucas – see warts

Vitamin B deficiency - Bee propolis is most powerful, otherwise bee pollen

Vitamin C deficiency - Absorbent-C aids absorption of vitamin C and is a powerful antioxidant.

Vitamin C is one of the body’s main antioxidants, ammunition in the fight against free radicals. The more you smoke, the more vitamin C you lose from your tissues and blood and your body therefore needs more of it to counteract the damage that smoking causes to your cells. Smokers require double the amount of vitamin C compared to non-smokers (around 2000mga day). This cannot be achieved by diet alone, so a supplement is needed.

Warfarin - Forever Freedom, Berry Nectar, Ginkgo Plus and Gin-Chia should be avoided when taking the anti-coagulant drug Warfarin (although Dr Atherton has recently said that Forever Freedom could be continued by someone taking warfarin providing the person’s own GP is prepared to closely monitor the INR (blood coagulation) levels as the blood might be thinned slightly). However, if your client chooses NOT to take Freedom, they could take our std Aloe Vera gel drink + Active HA supplement instead… Do not take Gingko (or Paracetamol or aspirin). Limit your intake of cranberry juice (ie. take the std aloe vera gel drink, NOT Berry Nectar), and avoid Gin Chia, too. It has recently been suggested NOT to take Forever Freedom if you’re on Warfarin, due to the Glucosamine – check with your doctor if on doubt. Vitamin C is sometimes contraindicated with Warfarin. Arctic Sea, A-Beta-CarE (our supplement containing vitamin A, Beta Carotene and vitamin E) and Garlic are also possibly contraindicated. For general good health, I suggest a little Aloe Vera Gel to begin with in small doses, building up to the minimum maintenance level (2fl oz or 60ml) then introduce Active Probiotic and Fields of Green in a week or two. If in doubt at all, it’s best to check with your GP.

Please note that any aloe vera gel drink MAY change the amount of Warfarin to be taken, but your regular checks will ascertain that. Dr Atherton has recently said that Forever Freedom could be continued by someone taking warfarin providing the person’s own GP is prepared to closely monitor the INR (blood coagulation) levels as the blood might be thinned slightly.

General notes: avoid garlic, onion, chamomile, ginger, cranberries, blood-thinning products (eg. aspirin, gingko); reduce the following consumption (due to their vitamin K content): liver, green leafy vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower; reduce alcohol consumption.

Warts / verrucas - Aloe Vera Gel drink plus Propolis Cream

Weight loss - Garcinia, Clean9 programme

White spots on face - These are an over-production of sebum, which builds up and turns into a hard lump. This can be caused by diet, hormones, or over-saturation of the skin. As the skin under the eyes is very delicate, the Gelly might help to dry up the spots. The only other product suitable for this area is Alluring Eyes, but the spots would have to be dried up before using it.

Wrinkles and fine lines - For a weekly treatment, apply Fleur de Jouvence Facial Mask using ½ teaspoon of Facial Contour Mask Powder, mixed with 1 teaspoon of Aloe Activator and ½ teaspoon of honey. This is not only a marvellous moisturising mask, but it is also superb for underneath the eyes. The R3 Factor Crème can be placed underneath the eyes and around crows feet areas (as well as anywhere else on the face) and Aloe Vera Gelly can also be applied for its cooling properties. Alluring Eyes is great for around the eyes too, for reducing fine lines and wrinkles. NB. Do not be heavy handed with the creams – ‘less is best’.The best product to use underneath the eyes is our superb Alluring Eyes. This is fantastic for tired and puffy eyes and fine lines and wrinkles, especially in the bright sun that tends to make us squint. Alluring Eyes contains pure vitamin E, which will help with elasticity, squalene, and glycerine to attract moisture to this delicate area. Avoid using too much as Aloe Vera has the ability to penetrate deeply into the dermis, and this may cause the under-eye area to be more puffy than before!! Alluring Eyes is best used under the eyes, but a small amount can be used on the lids if they are prone to being dry and flaky (apply with fingertips in small outward strokes). The aloe gel oil, bisabalol and borage seed oil in the Alpha-E Factor can also soothe eczema and dermatits around the eye area. For dry skin, the Firming Foundation Lotion used with the Recovering Night Creme feels nourishing and soothing. For all skin types, especially in the summer months, a thin layer of Gelly followed by the Firming Foundation Lotion feels cool and extra special. In the evening use a fine layer of Alpha-E Factor – leave for five minutes, than apply the Recovering Night Crème and your skin will feel totally moisturised by morning.
